7.14.05 | STARING BACK SIGNS TO TAKEOVER RECORDS
At last we are able to share the news - Staring Back has signed to Takeover Records. Takeover is the label founded by Yellowcard guitarist Ben Harper and former Yellowcard bassist Warren Cooke. Takeover is home to bands like Near Miss, Inspection 12, and Craig's Brother, just to name a few. Staring Back has been friends with Ben and Yellowcard for a very long time, and we couldn't be more stoked to now continue to be a part of the family. Great things are in store for Takeover and we are very excited to work with them. Right now we are working diligently on the new record, and can't wait to get into the studio. More details about the record will be coming soon.

7.11.05 | STARING BACK FINDS NEW GUITARIST/BIG NEWS COMING SOON
Staring Back would like to thank everyone who sent in applications and tried out; the band has now found their new guitarist. His name is Josh. He is 25, originally from Wisconsin, but has lived in Georgia for much of his life. He will be moving to California very soon. Check out his myspace profile here to get to know him. 5.29.05 | NEW WEBSITE COMING SOON/VERSION 2.0 VIDEO DONE
Hey dudes and such. Sorry it has been months since we have updated the website, but unfortunately we ran into some technical problems with the database we use to update our website, and we have been literally completely unable to update the news, ramble, or tour dates on our site since January. That is why we now have this spiffy new placeholder, so we can have something update-able until our new site is up. That's right, a brand new site coming real soon. The video for Version 2.0 is done, and we will be posting it on our myspace profile as soon as we switch web hosts, which should be within the next few days/week or so.
